Seems to be a nice helmet. It's not too heavy and is comfortable. I have a bigger head and won't lie, I thought I would be returning the helmet because it just did not fit well even after adjusting the straps all the way out. The problem I was having was the helmet wouldn't sit down on my head like I thought it should. My eyes were directly in the cross bar section. I noticed that the top strap was wrapped in two notches. I took the top strap and wrapped it one of the two notches and it gave me an extra half-inch of adjustment and it worked perfectly. Overall, this helmet seems great. I just dropped a star for having to do all of this extra work to get it to fit just right but would definitely recommend.

I got it and just don’t like the fit. The chin comes up too far and adjusting it seems like it won’t do much good. It offers great vision though but the fit just isn’t there for me. It’s heavier than my hockey-style All-Star mask that I bought over 10 years ago which is crazy to me.

I’ve always worn a four stitch cap under my mask and decided I wanted more protection. The fit is perfect and the helmet is actually extremely comfortable to wear. The mask comes off easily and doesn’t pull the helmet off in the process. I feel completely protected during games behind the plate.
