Approved for the 2021-2022 season, this is the new style shirt for NCAA Women's Basketball Referees. Smitty is the exclusive referee apparel supplier for the NCAA Men's and Women's Elite Eight and Final Four.

This Smitty referee shirt is constructed from upgraded Body Flex material and features black raglan style shoulders and sleeves as well as black side panels.

A good upgrade from the regular shirt. Very breathable and quality fabric. It does run a bit big, so size down for a more fitted look!

Very good shirt. Comfortable and they launder well. One consideration is that they size a little large. I'm 6'1" and 187 lbs and I'm usually between a Medium and Large. In that case go to the smaller size. The med fits much better than the large. I like the body flex better than the mesh it's a heavier shirt but, it holds it's shape better. Expensive...yes but, it's better than the old "Elite" soft fabrics.
