Best mask pads I've ever owned. These pads hug your face in a way that absorb every bit of the impact in a way that makes you smile with content. Same day I put the new pads on I took a foul ball to the mask; did not feel the major impact of the ball. It was heaven.

Absolutely, without a doubt, the best pads I have ever used. I have been smoked in different masks using these pads and have never been concussed or even had any ill-effects. These include shots that bent two steel masks and several hard shots with my Nike Titanium. They also are super comfortable. Don't hesitate to buy these if your health is important to you.

Was looking for replacement pads for an older Honigs mask. Tried the Team Wendy pads but they did not fit properly in the mask. Went with the Wilson Memory Foam pads and they fit perfectly in the mask and are very comfortable.

Great feel on my face!! Replaced my ripped Diamond pads with these, and I am so happy I went with these. Fit my Diamond cage very well. First game using these on my mask last weekend and took shot to the face. Felt fine. I’ll definitely be ordering these again when the time comes.

Love these new pads on my mask. The material is soft and doesn’t seem to hold the sweat and smell of the doe skin pads.

Very comfortable, however, they tend to over crush in temperatures above 85F in my experience. I would recommend umpires in warmer climates opt for the Team Wendy's.

Wore these new umpire replacement pads last weekend. Very comfortable; however, as I was lucky enough to have catchers who knew what they were doing, I did not take any mask shots. What I can say is they were cool and fit well with my Diamond umpire mask.

These are great umpire mask replacement pads. Very comfortable. I would not recommend using them for anything more than younger ball, as they are not quite as resilient as other available replacements.

These are light weight and comfortable. I've used these at multiple levels and taken a few shots. Not as protective as Team Wendy pads but damn close. My biggest complaint as with most pads, the color fades faster than I would like.

Absolutely LOVE these umpire mask pads! I am now on my second pair! Took a direct shot recently and felt nothing! Highly recommend these pads! They look great, feel great when working the plate, and absorb contact to the mask tremendously!!

I have used these umpire mask pads with Wilson aluminum mask for over 3 years. These pads were so much better than the leather pads. The felt hit to mask with memory foam from a foul ball is much better than the standard masks that everyone uses. I have not received the same peak impact when comparing the two types of pads. I do not need the same recovery time from a direct foul ball with the memory foam. I would not go back to leather if they paid me. I am sold on the memory foam so much, that my son is also getting a Wilson aluminum memory foam mask!

The new pads made all the difference on the old mask given to me for my first year of umpiring. I was impressed by the fit of the replacement pads and the comfort of the material. I've had the wrap around pads...the team Wendy pads...but the Wilson memory foam pads are by far the best pads out there. Little stiff when it's cold but isn't everything??? I would highly recommend these pads for high school or higher.

Absolutely love these pads. Working up in the Midwest, the season starts off pretty cold. The memory foam pads stiffen up when it's cold and soften up when it's warm. Comparing them to the Team Wendy pads, I won't go back. The team Wendy's are too stiff when its cold; like rocks for mask pads. The true test for me was this past season taking 7 head shots in 2 months during my MiLB season. I was fortunate enough to not get diagnosed with any medical side affects from the head shots and can definitely contribute some of that to the pads. They truly absorb the impact and so less transfers to your head. Check these pads out for sure!

New pads will breath new life into old masks and allow me to have a reliable back-up for many more years.

The Wilson face mask replacement pads are the best, the comfort and fit are great. If you need some get these!

Less dense than Team Wendy pads, but more reliable than stock pads found on common masks. Have pliability to conform to most faces and a nice feel against skin. They raise a question as to how behind them Wilson is, since they are being released in only black. Wilson could easily offer these in tan, grey, and/or navy.

Comfortable replacement pads, however will NOT take a hit like Team Wendy pads. Too soft!

Great pads! I own both Wilson wrap-around and Team Wendy pads and was looking for another quality pad. These Wilson memory foam pads are awesome. Look and feel great.
