Great hat! I've ordered these in the past and they fit perfectly to size. The Texas sun will bleach the color on this hat over the years. Thus, I ordered 2 in case the color fades a bit. You can wash it in the washing machine and it comes out looking brand new! I love this hat.

Size guide was good. Just wish I would have bought a 6-stitch and not a 4-stitch.

Great Umpire Cap. This Cap does not fade like other hats that I have used in the past and doesn’t slip off my head. They are nice and tight. I recommend this hat to all the umpires that I know. Very good and well made.

Great fitting hat and it washes very well, looks like new after a cycle through the washer in a cap-keeper-type cage (air dry, of course). I have a few of these and they are well-made, durable, and comfortable to wear. I work in the Southwest and the color stays pretty fast before giving in to the UV, which is inevitable. A great buy and worth the money.

Very high quality. I always prefer a fitted umpire cap over an adjustable one. These are solid and well constructed. They do tend to run a bit small. I have somewhere around 30 different fitted caps and hats, and I always wear a 6 7/8. With these (I have one black and one navy), the 6 7/8 fits a bit tight. I would recommend going 1/8 inch larger than your normal size.

I listened to prior reviews and went with a cap 1/8" smaller than I normally would wear and that was a good call. This umpire cap is perfect for me. I go with the 4 stitch when working the plate to avoid any interference with my mask. This cap is perfect for my needs. I wear a 6 stitch when working the bases. Richardson quality has never let me down.

Base hat fits great, comfortable, great umpire hat, no complaints.

In my opinion the hat is slightly too tight. It is a very snug fit. I would have preferred a size larger in the hat. I ordered a 3/8ths which is my size and all my other caps are 3/8ths but this one was a little snug for my comfort. It does fit and I have to pull it down firmly but I would have preferred a larger cap.

This was a money saver right here. It was great not having to buy a home plate hat and a base hat when there is this hat! Not the most comfortable hat but still works great!

Love everything about the cap. What I love even more is the fitting room from Umpire Attire, the way the fitting room had me choose the correct size for the cap was excellent. Trust what is said in the fitting room.

Great hat. It is very cool and the short bill makes it a lot easier to take my mask off without looking like a beanie.
