They run maybe a half a size small. I wear a 10 in most shoes but wear a 10 1/2 in ASICS running shoes so I went with 10.5 in these based on other reviews. The fit is perfect. They look good and are comfortable on the field.

Solid shoes. Have taken direct shots and barely felt a thing. Mids definitely feel lighter than highs. I've owned two pairs of highs and one pair of mids over 6 years and close to a thousand games. They are great plate shoes on grass and turf but the south Texas turf is brutal on any shoe. The entire shoe has held up extremely well and still holds a great shine but eventually the soles start to separate at the toes. Some shoe repair shops will repair for $40-65 but inevitably they will separate again. Haven't found a good way to reattach them myself.
