Cortney Anderson Promoted to Lead of Customer Service Team

Ump Attire Customer Service Specialist Cortney Anderson has been promoted to Customer Service Lead. Congratulations Cortney!

Cortney has been a staff member with us since the Fall of 2022. Her main responsibilities are overseeing the Customer Service Department and all its functions from order processing to returns. Cortney leads a team of other specialists to provide the top level care for our customers.
